Would these 2 boards fall into GFC or something better? Two boards front and back of both Thanks.

Not an expert
High Telecom :there is big chip density with high quality type chips, gold tab and if I am not mistaken a Pentium 3 processor on on the first board. Very little junk, but I am pretty conservative, so I would pop off some of the dead weight like the torroids.
Second board. get rid of the bracket. But then I think you have another high telecom for the same reasons.
Hope others weigh in, I would like to learn as well.
