Assuming the connectors are gold it’s a gold finger card


It’s an old add on bus card. Likely memory.

If the contacts are gold and there’s no metal tray on the other side: it’s a clean gold finger card

That exact CPU is in the picture for Cyrix/IBM/VIA Gold Capped

The board looks like a Large socket MB. Remove the battery and check the hole in the CPU socket.
