What am I looking at for grades on this material and is there anything, like the large box of assorted CPU that should be sorted better?

You need to check the payout list and sort them based on category. Click this link https://boardsort.com/payout.php and scroll down to the heading CPU & CHIPS CATEGORY
First pic, Boardsort does not purchase Dallas ICs. Second pic, some of them look the same, but there are several different types a lot are Green/Brown Fiber No Metal. Separate based on material on the CPU. Third pic, same comment most of them look like AMD Ceramic No Metal. Fourth pic, I have no idea.
