First pic, probably backplane, maybe gold finger card. Second pic, are the legs gold? If so it's a Gold Cap Gold Leg IC.

I put them gold fingered boards in backplane or clean gold finger cards, whichever pays more.

Chip looks like 'gold legged' to me.
