I'm wondering if they can go with pentium or 486 or better.. One is from printer boards and NEC. The other one is a single but looks like it has some nice gold in it, its the one with the extra chip on top. I put them beside a Pentium 1 for sizing.

Do they all have gold caps on the bottom? If so, I think they would be 386/486 Gold Cap. If not they would be Pentium/Mac Ceramic.

Yes they all have gold bottoms. the ones with the round bottom are the NEC and I have a few of those, its also the one with the heatsink.. the other is the one with the square bottom, only have one of those. looks like nice 24k under there and its the size of a P1

The single chip with the circle where the heatsink was attached, looks similar to the one posted in this thread that lostinlodos called lsi/nec/foreign gold cap
