When you mention grading as is.
What is your grading as is?
Ok. Having said that. My thoughts .
Board 1 Low Peripheral.
Remove the fuse on board 3. And the clear plastic/glass optic stuff.
I say that only. If the sorter may mistake it for glass. Someone sorting may just throw it aside not even going to take a chance it's glass. And move on to the next board.
T =M. Why would a sorter waste the time figuring board 3? I just wouldn't take the chance of being downgraded. My opinion of course.
Then. Submit board 2,3, and 4 as High Peripheral. And that maybe pushing it right to the edge on the grade.
