Hi, I think this is an embedded WiFi card. OSCAR returns it as nonscrap.

Thanks in advance for the help.

It is a WIFI module from a Brother printer.
Well. You do not have gold fingers. Soooo. What to do? Me personally. I would remove the shielding. All of it. Then upload the cleaned picture to O.S.C.A.R. See what you get.

Good idea. So I tried that and it returned:

Fingered Laptop WIFI Cards

This appears to be a Fingered Laptop WIFI Card, as it has gold finger tabs and is typically found in laptops.

And it definitely does not have gold fingers.

Ok. Good deal.
But this is where you need to email Chris at Boardsort. Or another more experienced e-scrapper will post an opinion.
In the interest of time. I personally would submit it as High Peripheral. Only because you do have gold pins. A decent chip with some components on a small PCB. And. Important also. No junk.
But. Boardsort would be the final say.
Here to learn like everybody else. Again. O.S.C.A.R. is only a guide.

This is where I might be dead wrong and even I need to find out from somebody at Boardsort. I have a general rule that something small would more likely be LGP even if its populated.

My hunch says keep the shield on and submit as LGP. I have a bunch of these and some are a pain in the ... to get those shields off without damaging the board.
