Can I crush or pulverize low/mid grade boards into bits to save on space and thus save on shipping?

There's probably an extent, in terms of size of pieces, to which that's okay without needing to ask Chris. But if you are going to you probably should ask Chris specifically. If things get pulverized too small then they have no idea what's in the mix. Like glass or a missed mercury switch.
