Assuming that's a fairly thick and heavy board (even with the zinc cast ports on one end). You can pull out that one green term I if you want.

High peripheral would work, this may be leaning into low Telco.

Pull the laser load sticks. The two metal rectangles. There's two units that pop out like a mini RAM stick. Disassemble those for Low Tel - High Tel.
