Hello I would like some assistance grading these boards. Front and back images attached.

These look similar to (and maybe are) IGBT transistors. For reference:

I'm assuming there's a heavy plated copper plate that the dies (green and gold bits) are attached to; which would make it midgrade. If you can figure out a way to remove the plate they should be at least high peripheral.
