Not all gold finger cards have to have good chip density. Some expansion cards with no chips, but several slots for other cards, fall in the class. Some cards with a tiny strip of gold fingers but nice chip density don't make the cut and are peripheral grade. However thry should not have mostly junk, even small junk on a relatively large card. #2-4 are right at that edge for me, though some of the components are difficult for me to identify. There is no harm in putting something that looks like it is on the edge in with the higher grade. If they downgrade you for those boards (unlike some yards they will not downgrade the box for an honest error) then you know for next time.
