Yes. It's a pre-1995 motherboard which goes large socket rate.

You can remove any socketed ics and sell them separate.

Ok gotcha. Thanks again! Really helpful! But you have presented me with a new question though. I new to this and still learning. So my question is what is a socketed ics? Sorry to sound stupid. Still learning. Thanks!

It looks like an 80286 board. There's a zilog or amd 80x series in the top right hard soldered and an st bios in the centre. The port next to it is for the basic/io chip. Was probably a gold cap Motorola c9 or a zilog bcs.
Those boards take their class rating because they have a large ic population bit minimal gold (almost entirely in the isa slots). Mostly its nickel and silver.

A socketed ic is a removable chip
In this case in dual inline pin format. (Dip). They pop out with a flat head screwdriver and look like wide centipedes.
