High Telco seems likely; though, the card slot has me a little hesitant on the one.

I often find that the steel top of card slots is only loosely attached. For Telco I peel it off. That being said I am not sure that I could go full telco on these. difficult on small boards with reasonable chip densities, but the chips are low quality chips. Plain flat packs don't have much actual value if you look at the price list. I would be tossing these in high peripheral.
