I'm gonna be slightly lazy since the chips aren't exactly grouped together, this info should get you through the grading process:
Ceramic typically (but not always) have a purple color to them.
Fiber typically is green. (again, not always)
Then you want to identify if they have a metal heatsink on top. That identifies with or without metal
You've already noted the difference in pin and pinless.
So if you go to the materials list you'll note that most ceramics are at and above DLP and most fiber are below. So you're two ceramics, if you look at the different types, you'll see some brand names that can identify the most common chips. Yours are AMD, they have no metal, so if you look through that section you should land on AMD Ceramic No Metal.
Do note, i series can have value in the test and buy category, you just need the i3/5/7-xxxx number from the metal to see if Boardsort will test it.
