Yes sir. Sent 2 packages in right at the price crash in gold. Chris honored the 60 dollar Ram price over the 54 dollar Ram price. For both packages. Never dealt with a scrap yard like that. Who is this guy? (tongue-in-cheek). Answer. A decent business man. But. But. But. The real "yeah hoo" here is this. I packed my 2nd package the night before the crash. Ready to go to the Post Office. All I had to do was slip my Boardsort website generated invoice into the package. So. I go to my computer. Bring up Boardsort and its like. What? Prices I calculated the night before. Are not there. Mind you. This is the night before the crash. I did not know it crashed. I thought. WHATEVER. ( the last thing you want to hear from your wife or girlfriend). All that work. Packaging. Etc. It was like. Forget it. I don't understand this.
Hell or High water. That package is going out today. No matter. I'll take the loss. Filled out the invoice at lower prices. Print invoice. Insert into package. Figure it out later. Well. Well. Well. Chris gave me the higher price over the 2nd package invoice print out. Me? Surprised. I knew I was dealing with somebody. Yes. A somebody. An honorable business man.

I'm going to be nit picky snob here, short term volatility and price corrections =/= a crash. A crash is 20+% drop sustained over a period of a few months or longer. There was price correction of about 8-10% and its gone back up a good bit and is closer to 7% of last sustained high... I spend to much time investing lol gotta keep that 58.5% annual growth going.

But yeah Chris is awesome and treats as more then well! Nice to here.

Austin86. I just expressed myself colloquially. A natural non professional casual expression. It was one of those. " You had to be there" moments. When I pulled up the computer screen and saw the OVERNIGHT price change. I was totally confused. Started scrambling to get a hold of what I was looking at. I think I might have broke a slight sweat. Furrowed brow. Scratching head. Afterall. My package was packed. Ready to go. And now it all changed. It "crashed" If you will.
Now why am I compelled to defend myself? I have Business credits from University of Pittsburgh. Yes. Financial analysis. I know what your talking about austin86. And you are spot on. And I respect it. Be a "nit picky snob". It seems the only way at times to make it in this world. But. I like to think better thoughts. I saw a statistical analysis over approximately the past 100 years. It was done in price drops in the gold and silver market. 5% drops . 10% drops etc. And then the time frame to recover. It was cool. "Slap down Friday" was incredible. The teaching covered a lot of stuff. Stock market reaction. Etc. It is a confident call. That in one year. The price of gold will be back near its high value before the fall. Prediction only based on historical data. So. Sorry. Austin86. I did not keep my professional hat on.
Here to learn like everybody else

Oh. You spelled the word "hear" wrong. If I am correct. You wrote. "Nice to here." Or was that your intention. Or slip of the key board? Or better yet. Your computer voice input betrayed you. Then again...........? I appreciate your comments. As well as all other members on the forum. I am here to learn like everybody else. Or is it. I am hear to learn like everybody else. Strange. With a little thought. Seems both phrases apply.
