That is a blank board. Never populated. Sometimes these can have value for resale but you'd have to do research to figure that out. As scrap Boardsort may or may not be interested, if they are my guess is low grade.

I have tried to research and have not found anything recent on these. I know they were around $40 each new and I have around 400 of them in this state and others that are populated but have aluminum housings adhered to them.

With the quantity you have of them ( you should figure out the weight of 400 of them…weigh 1 and times by 400 or weigh 10 and times by 40 if they’re real light and you don’t have a super accurate scale) you’d probably benefit from messaging them directly since they don’t have a proper category to house these types of ‘empty/depop’d but still riddled with gold’ boards. It’s likely that they might not have a buyer for these types of things. I wouldn’t expect more than $4/ lb …..Maybe a hair more cause it’s bulk and uniform

If you are unable or unwilling to facilitate a transaction with BS, you could likely get $5-$10 / lb selling them on eBay in bundles of 50, 100 etc or by weight. eBay is the only place I can think of where people actively trade in gold plated / gold filled items reliably today, there’s no shortage of buyers for things with gold that are easy to process / strip the gold from, you just gotta start with as high of a price per pound & lower the listings until they start selling at the pace you want

I do think BS would buy them from you though ,so best start there to get a reference point

I couldn't tell that the mounting surfaces are gold, look more like copper to me. Roy, if the color is actually gold then I would adjust my comment to say midgrade is most likely if Boardsort will take it.

The price of gold going up lately may make blanks a more reliable purchase in terms of them getting a return on it. But Boardsort would need to make that call based on seeing the board.

Can you post the populated boards. Those blanks are from a California based telecommunication company that sold out in 2013. I have been searching for information on that particular board. No luck. Those blanks my have never seen production or ever put in service. Making it next to impossible to find them. Let alone the company been gone a long time. But. Again. How about posting a populated board. You 're possibly looking at a Gold Edge Board or High Telecom when populated.
The blank boards I would email Chris at boardsort. To get an idea whether he is buying. And. Yes. Of couse Ebay. Gold refiners are buying no doubt.
Here to learn like everybody else
My evaluations are my own opinion.
