Wow. JudyB. I see this is an unanswered question. I would submit as High Peripheral. The connectors add value if gold contacts along with the various ICs. It has a lot empty space but ICs are there. I have submitted boards similiar with a lot of empty space. But. A fair number of ICs were on the board. Not like just 1 or 2. Also. I had a nice large gold plated edge connector. I had no down grade.
