Austin86. What category you putting board 2 in? I'm thinking High Peripheral. Everything else. I agree with your evaluations 100%.

Here to learn like everybody else
My evaluations are my own opinion.

the to play with pile lol. I always wanted a pie to play with but never got around to buying one. I'd say it's high peripheral

7 would be a simple upgrade if you can get all the glue/resin off and remove the steel on the left hand side. Some times that type of glue will peal right off, if not blast is with some caned air sprayed upside down or put it in the freezer and it might crack and peel off.

I actually thought about suggesting" peel off the sealant ". It did look like RTV to me. Which will peel easily and cleanly. I looked at the bare spot on the target chip. That is not a sign of a substance applied that will easily be removed.
But. WHY NOT? Whatever that is. Try to remove it. Get the upgrade.
Good suggestion Austin86. Lets see where this goes. Does it peel off. Do we get the upgrade?
Here to learn like everyboduy else.

sometimes heat can make it easier to peel off to but that gets risky if the glue is flammable
