old cisco hardware can be hard to sell but if you can find a buyer and the stuff works you'd likely get more that way. otherwise you would be best to tare it all down and scrap the boards.

Honestly you’re generally better scrapping this stuff if it’s older than a few years.
The only easy sells are ones with built in software based firewalls.

They are extremely slow to sell when absolutely mint condition.
The reality is most businesses won’t buy a used unit. And the consumer market for this stuff is rather low.
(Honestly… any consumer with the knowledge and need for this stuff will likely buy new as well).

yeah and to add to it, a lot of cisco stuff is behind licenses so its not like you can always just plug it in and use it, sometimes you need a buy a license every year.
It's a hard sell fore sure, but sometimes someone will buy older cisco stuff it if they have a niche need for older cisco stuff. IMO if you have a buyer in mind sell it, if you don't have a buyer don't even bother trying to sell just scrap it.

I always see a networking equipment buyer spamming Craigslist against ToS... as much as I hate to drive business that direction, that may be an option
