Hello
This is my first post, I have these (5) five chips. I saw a post somewhere on here that they might be a Gold Leg,NO Gold Cap Ceramic IC but they could be No Pin CPU. There is no definite photo to compare to. I attached (2) two photos of the IC chips. Please help me so I can send them in. Thank You

1-3 green fiber with metal
4 pinless cpu
5 bga with gold tab; note, there are no pins here, it's a Ball Grid Array chip, what your seeing as pins are balls of solder, some having ripped up the circuit board they were on.

if you pulled that rage off a card you stepped over a dolor for a dime, if pulled from a motherboard your fine.

Thank you MARKED141 this does help get me started.

Hello AUSTIN86 I am not sure where I got the chip so I’ll look around for the board. It would be worth more if left on the board instead of pulling it off unless it was a motherboard ? live and learn

if it was pulled off a AGP/PCI finger card yes its worth more, you can remove a onboard GPU chip form a motherboard most of the time its worth more to do that. So long as removing it does not downgrade the motherboard, if the board still has a northbridge/southbridge/chipset you are good to remove onboard Raid/GPU chips. The thing to note here is what do most motherboards have, most motherboards do not have a 3rd gold tab IC on them.
