There’s been a few discussions, on and off site, about creating a boardsort community off of this official locale.

At the same time I was consider restarting my brief experiment on YouTube of breaking down random crap from my site posts of “what’s inside it”. With better editing, and effects.

Then I came across this:

So—here’s my thought.
I’ll reach out to some of the long-term users here and anyone who has suggested a social site idea.
If there’s enough interest in doing this AND maintaining this, I’ll set up a new YouTube account for it. Initially I’ll keep the loading to the small group of us founders. But over time I’d like to open up submissions to anyone on this site.

Anyone interested?

One key thought here. I’d make the actual content private. I’ll post some random video on the main page and put all the real content under a private subscriber account.
BUT! I’ll make the subscriptions $0.01 and post free access codes here so we can all join for free!

Why? So we don’t have a billion keyboard warriors going
“Blah! You should refine that cell phone and make a million dollars in gold blah”.

My dad and I would be interested. All my dad can do is youtube at the moment. He is still learning the scrap world. My dad doesn’t have a boardsort account as he prefers we go through myself.

I think I have 2 youtube accounts (one back when yahoo allowed you to crosslink gmail) and an actual gmail account.


TL/DR: yes I am interested.
