The board came from an older style rear projection television (if memory serves me correctly). What was throwing me off slightly was the bottom right corner. That is where the cable card reader sat, has gold pins and was able to "communicate" (lol) with whatever cable company the user had. With that (and I know it sounds funny) but since the board could "communicate" with the cable company, I was not sure if it fell in one of the "telecom" buckets.

Nice clean with out heavy junk. But it lacks that nice gold edge connector typical of telecom.
