Got a load of instrumentation from a government department. Set aside a bunch of stuff that I thought could make telecom grades.

I think your correct except maybe on C, it could be but it would be one that I look at for awhile before setting it aside to come back to and then, finding it later, may drop it down into a lower grade or setting it aside again or posting pictures ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That being said, I don't think it is but out of an abundance of caution for mercury, check that silver square box for an indication of what it is.

Yeah its not mercury but I was going to pop that off too. Trying to figure out what the little round red thing is on the card's not a battery I don't think some kind of switch or relay

Can probably stay on, just wanted to be sure.

Red guys look like toroidal inductors... Seems to match up with these

That makes sense not used to seeing them encased. Ill pop them off too. Those cards were a nice surprise
