I have 5 pentium slot processor CPUs in a batch I bought.
They are separated from the boards so CPU only.
How would they be classified.
Green Fiber With Metal
or Pinless

What you have posted is really a great unknown. You have no pins on it. It smacks of Black Fiber at first glance. But. It definately is not.
Yes. P4/Green fiber with metal or No pin CPU. It doesn't really fit into any.
I see a problem. No gold can be seen. Solder now is a contaminate covering possible gold.
Going out on a limb and saying. No pin CPU.
But. Again. Did you get an evaluatiin from Chris at boardsort?
Here to learn like everybody else.

My guess would have been pinless, since it looks more like a BGA. Unless there's something specific to this type of chip to give it a bump up or down, but Lost or Chris would need to provide input for that.

Black fiber are one of the more specific categories for a specific CPU so that's a no on that.
