Not sure on these, would they be telecom high grade?

Mystery epoxy...makes this... a mystery.

It's not covering the whole board so that's a plus, it certainly looks like a telco type board aside from that. I'd doubt high telco as is but could it get low telco? I don't know.

Probably need to know what's in the green stuff but I can't advise on digging into it to find out; old boards can have surprises you don't want. So need someone who knows the board or who can find info on it.

They came out of a old satellite receiver. I have mulitple and one the epoxy is chipped off and it is ic chips underneather. Not sure of the purpose of it. I was hoping someone had seen something similiar.
