The copper and gold sandwich boards are all fairly low yield 19 may get a bump, put it in it's own bag/box when you send them in with a little note asking for further review. 13 may also get a bit of a bump, but I say /may/. It depends on what is inside the jacks, as there are some variations. The'd need to look at it on site.
2 again set it aside. It's actually a MCC (multi chip carrier) board, common from laptop, game systems, and embeded computers; and may be a bump above; as high as telco but most likely my guess would be green/without or pinless. I usually put them in green fibre without metal.
