Yep, gold finger card.

If you have wire snips and a local buyer you can cut the cylinder fuses off, they're silver plated nickel cap fuses. If no buyer leave them on.

Silver plated cap fuses run $3-$7 per lb. depending on the filament. Or around $5 for mixed.
