Honestly you're better off giving that as is to a local yard as even the lower two grades of CBM are often higher than the low grade board class here. I leave power bricks together whole and sell them as CBM#2
Stuff like that is more trouble to strip than it's worth even for a strip junk guy like myself. You never know what the glue/filler is made of so you don't dare heat it. So it's a cold yank and pull job, any you're looking at over 5 minutes for a gain of a dozen cents.
