Not sure about this board, because half of it looks like Telecom, but not sure how it would be graded as a whole.

Also would I need to remove anything? Transistors & Heatsinks? Capacitors?

that is a tough one.... my guess is that you are going to get peripheral as is because of the excess aluminum. I would check with Chris or send it in as "for review".
