There's basically nothing there except the gold fingers, I'm really not sure where to place it but I'd think high peripheral would be okay if the bracket is removed.

The main ic chip has been removed so this drops the grade of the board significantly.

Boardsort does not generally buy processed material, so I would remove the gold pin connector next to to the bracket (put with your gold pin connectors), and cut off the gold fingers. Then put it in your local yard's shred pile.
