Can't speak to that, just know the price list didn't have the update until sometime after February 2nd.

Speaking of...I should get another capture on the wayback machine for that :D

ohh I like the idea of putting the prices page up on the wayback machine. IDK about the change in February, I been sending them in that way I said for almost a year now. IDK

I need to get mine out to the scrap yard here that still takes them before they completely close the door.

But yeah, wayback had been useful a few times for referring back to prices, so I try to remember to submit the payout page occasionally.

There’s one yard by me that still takes tool batteries and some laptop batteries.
Stopped taking class I batteries last year after a short caused a fire. That’s the car battery looking ones for wheelchairs, golf carts, and atvs etc.
sucks because I used to get $20+ for those. I get $5 for lithium UPS batteries though.

My local yard only takes lead batteries sadly and I have a 5 gallon bucket of old cell phone batteries. as for lithium batteries out of laptops if they hold any bit of a charge I buy those 18650 Power Bank DIY kits on aliexpress for a buck or 2 and sell them in bulk on craigslist or at my yearly yard sale. I also seen kits to convert lead UPS batteries to 18650 for a buck and I'm eyeing buying one of those kits the next time I find a good set of 18650.
